Vibesnap ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile app.

When you use Vibesnap, you may submit:

• Images that represent your mood or vibe.
   
• Text input describing your mood or preferences.
   

We do not store your uploaded images or text input.
Your content is processed in real time and passed securely to third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) to generate playlists. Once processed, the content is immediately discarded and never saved on our servers.
 

We may collect limited technical and usage data such as:

• Device information (e.g., OS version, device model).
   
• Crash logs and diagnostic information.
   
• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
   
• Anonymous analytics (e.g., how often features are used).
   

We use your information to:

• Generate music playlists and content based on your inputs.
   
• Display ads to support the free version of the app.
   
• Improve the performance, security, and reliability of the app.
   

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use OpenAI’s API to analyze your image and text input. Your data is sent securely to OpenAI for real-time processing and is not retained or stored by us.

We use Google AdMob to display in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect device data (such as your advertising ID) to serve relevant ads.

You can disable personalized ads through your device settings.

We do not retain any personal data, including uploaded images, text prompts, or playlist results. All data is processed in-memory and discarded immediately after use.

Vibesnap is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

Although we do not collect or store user data, you may contact us with questions or requests related to:

• The handling of your content.
   
• How third-party APIs are used within the app.
